On January 30, 2025, the “Strive Without Limits. Transcend Into Tomorrow.” 2025–2026 NVC International China Annual Meeting was successfully held in Zhuhai, China. Distinguished attendees included Mr. Xiao Yu, Executive Director of NVC International; Ms. Yang Yan, Group Chief Operating Officer (COO); Ms. Xie Dongmei, Vice President of New Business Development; Mr. Ding Songhong, Deputy Director of the NVC International Research Institute; Ms. Fan Qianwen, Deputy General Manager of Marketing; and Mr. Chen Gongtao, General Manager of the Manufacturing Center. The event was further honored by the presence of guests from overseas subsidiaries, including Mr. Chikao Sano, COO of NVC Japan; Mr. Albert Lee, General Manager of NVC Singapore; and Ms. Christine Leung, CFO of Yida Hong Kong and the United States.

In 2025, the global market environment continued to evolve rapidly, with competition across the industry intensifying. In response, NVC International proactively reassessed its operations and decisively adjusted its business strategy. Through sustained product innovation and systematic cost optimization, the Group successfully reinforced and reestablished its core competitive advantages.
Rather than retreating from mounting competitive pressures and global market challenges, NVC International embraced them as opportunities to demonstrate resilience and drive self-improvement. Guided by technological innovation and supported by refined operational management, the Group continued to enhance overall efficiency and market responsiveness.
Leadership Perspectives on the Road Ahead
The annual meeting opened with an overseas video address by Mr. Wang Donglei, Chairman of NVC International.
Chairman Wang noted that the theme “Strive Without Limits. Transcend Into Tomorrow.” not only reflects a summary of the Group’s hard-earned achievements, but also underscores NVC International’s firm confidence in confronting change and pursuing breakthroughs. Amid a fast-changing market landscape and intensifying competition, the Group has remained fearless and proactive—adjusting strategies, advancing product innovation, and optimizing costs to reestablish competitive strength. Notably, significant breakthroughs were achieved in the North American market.
Looking ahead, NVC International will continue to be driven by technological innovation, further improving operational efficiency while maintaining competitiveness not only in pricing, but also in product quality and technical capability. The Group will focus on deepening its presence in key strategic markets including North America, Japan, the UK, and Southeast Asia, further consolidating and expanding market share, and advancing toward a more stable and high-quality stage of development.
Following this, Mr. Xiao Yu delivered a keynote speech on-site. In his outlook for 2026, he emphasized that the spirit of striving should be embedded in every attempt, every role, and every task. With unwavering determination and passion, the company will continue to pursue self-transcendence and value creation through relentless effort—uniting collective strength to propel NVC International to new heights.

At the annual meeting, outstanding teams and individuals from across the Group were recognized. Awards included Outstanding Team, Outstanding Project, and Outstanding Production Team, as well as individual honors such as Outstanding Employee and Master Craftsman. Among them, the “NVC Star” award—presented to only three recipients—stood as the most prestigious recognition of the evening.
These awards not only celebrated individual and collective achievements, but also reflected NVC International’s culture of execution, innovation, and respect for value creation. The true power of role models lies in authenticity and perseverance. As we move forward, we draw inspiration from these exemplary achievers and continue striving for new breakthroughs together.
Celebrating Talent, Energy and Team Spirit
Amid a lively atmosphere, the evening banquet unfolded with cultural performances, interactive games, and exciting lucky draws. Colleagues from the Manufacturing Center, Marketing Center, NVC International Research Institute, along with Group leaders and guests, delivered a diverse range of performances—from singing and dancing to skits and spontaneous acts—showcasing the Group’s open, inclusive culture and the positive, energetic spirit of its people.
Interactive games energized the audience, while the lucky draw segment brought the evening to its climax. Senior executives personally conducted prize draws, surprising employees with generous gifts and keeping applause and excitement soaring throughout the venue.
