ERP Global Strategic Partnership with Oracle NetSuite to Accelerate NVC International’s Globalization and Integration Process
This partnership marks a significant milestone in NVC International’s information technology strategy. By integrating ERP systems across its global business units (BUs), the company has unified internal terminology, streamlined transactional document flow, and greatly improved collaboration among employees across regions. NVC International has chosen Oracle NetSuite as its unified ERP system, which covers core modules such as inventory, procurement, sales, and finance. This system will not only effectively support the generation of consolidated financial reports but also provide support for individual company financial statements. Additionally, the newly added Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) will help the warehouse and production departments achieve more precise online traceability management.
In recent years, NVC International has been focused on enhancing internal collaboration and driving information technology advancements. Through a series of IT project upgrades, the company has significantly improved operational efficiency. Specifically, the transition from multiple fragmented systems to a unified global platform has been completed. Previously, various companies relied on emails and Excel sheets for collaboration, which required extensive matching tables to ensure consistency. With the integration of the ERP system, collaborative efficiency has dramatically improved. Furthermore, by standardizing processes and data, the company has laid a solid foundation for future financial reporting and data analysis.
The introduction of Oracle NetSuite is not only a technological upgrade but also a strong support for NVC International’s globalization strategy. As a multinational company, NVC International needed an ERP system that could consider user experience while ensuring compliance across different regions. Previously, each region managed its data independently, and consolidating it posed significant challenges. With Oracle’s globally leading expertise and resources, NVC International is set to achieve integrated and efficient information management on a global scale. This collaboration is expected to provide long-term growth momentum for NVC International and drive the company towards a more efficient and collaborative future.
