Job Responsibilities: 

 

1. Overall manage Amazon's cross-border e-commerce operation team, optimize various operational processes, and improve efficiency;

 

2. Undertake the company's annual strategic goals, formulate annual operation plans and target disassembly;

 

3. Build an e-commerce operation team, lead the operation team to formulate and implement operation goals and sales targets, track and analyze, and timely feedback sales;

 

4. Establish and continuously optimize the operation process, upgrade and iterate the existing operation methods, and improve the operation level of the team;

 

5. Improve the respective policies and systems of the store, improve the praise rate and good credit of the store;

 

6. Study the new rules and sales promotion methods of cross-border e-commerce platforms, track market changes, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner.


 



Job Requirements: 

 

 

1. At least 6 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operation and management, 4 years of Amazon platform management experience (experience in home appliances and lighting industry is preferred);

 

2. Experience in building an e-commerce team from 0-1;

 

3. Experience in successful projects;

 

4. Have forward-looking ideas and concepts of B2C e-commerce operation;

 

5. Able to independently carry out various operation-related work: such as formulating operation strategies, releasing and displaying store products, improving customer service systems, and achieving sales performance;

 

6. English can be used as a working language.
