Grand Rohan Jogja is a 4-star sharia hotel located in front of JEC (Jogja Expo Center) which is one of the national up to international event venue providers in Yogyakarta. Located on the main road, Grand Rohan Jogja provides convenient access for the guests. A tourist destination such as Kotagede where historical sites and beautiful silver handicraft are there is able to be reached in less than 15 minutes. 

The design brief was to create a business orientated hotel for the future needs of an expanding and increasingly important city. The lighting, particularly for the interior of the building, was to reflect this feeling of sophistication in the way that the lighting treatment interacted with the strong architectural features.
